Booking is simple! Fill out the online forms and complete your payment. Once confirmed, we’ll receive your booking and be in touch shortly. If you have a special request, feel free to include it in the notes field or contact us directly.
Only you or an authorised driver who meets all the requirements of clause 2 in the terms and conditions may drive the Vehicle. Allowing anyone who is not an authorised driver to drive constitutes a major breach of the rental contract and excludes you and any authorised driver from all entitlement to damage cover indemnity under clause 7 of the terms and conditions.
Our vehicles can be driven within the designated service area outlined in your rental agreement. Standard daily mileage limits apply, and excess mileage fees may be charged. Interstate travel is permitted within Australia; however, off-road driving and crossborder travel outside of Australia are not allowed.
We require a valid driver’s licence to rent any of our vehicles. International visitors must also present a valid passport and, if their licence is not in English, an International Driving Permit IDP.
A security deposit is held at the time of your booking. Upon return of the vehicle, we will inspect it for any damage. If the vehicle is returned in the same condition, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5– 10 business days. If damage is identified, repair costs may be deducted from the deposit, and you’ll be notified of any charges.
We understand that circumstances may change and that you may require the Vehicle for longer than the agreed rental period. If so, you must notify us no less than 24 hours prior to the expiration of the rental period. If you fail to notify us at least 24 hours before the expiration of the rental period that you require an extension, and fail to return the Vehicle on the scheduled date and at the time specified in the rental agreement, we may terminate the rental contract. If the location of the Vehicle is known, we may recover it by lawful means. If its location is unknown, and after making reasonable attempts to contact you, we may report the Vehicle as stolen to the police.
You will be charged the rental charges for the rental period as booked if your booking is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the start of the rental, or if you fail to notify us of Your intended cancellation prior to the start of the rental and fail to pick up the vehicle; unless we are able to rent the vehicle to another renter for an equivalent term and rate. A cancellation is not effective until acknowledged and confirmed by us.
If you or an authorised driver has an accident or if the vehicle is stolen you must report the accident or theft to us as soon as possible but in no case more than 24 hours of it occurring and fully complete an accident/theft report form.
